What leadership skills do I want to work on?

I skill I need to work on is segmentation. When a task feel too daunting, whether there are too many assignments due, too many messages to answer, or too difficult of a project, I tend to avoid the issue. I need to learn to break these large tasks down into smaller, more manageable tasks that I can easily do. This way, I can slowly work toward my goal instead of avoiding it entirely.
