What Kind of Leader do I Want to Be?

I want to be a leader who is honest and trustworthy so that my team has confidence in me. I will work hard to be very knowledgeable in my field so people see me as capable and reliable. It’s also important to be kind and understanding because a happy team works better together. At the same time, I want to be strong and able to give clear instructions, making sure tasks are done well. Most of all, I want to have a clear vision so my team knows what we are working toward and can effectively achieve this vision.
