What Leadership Skills Do I Already Have?

I think my interpersonal skills are a crucial leadership skills I luckily have a talent for. I easily get along with people and communicate easily. My outgoing personality allows me to be both sociable and collaborative.

My adaptability also helps me be a good leader. This is a skill I have learned throughout the years, especially through different jobs at which I have been employed. At my first job, I was suddenly thrust into a teaching position, where I had to learn how to lesson plan and effectively teach. My second job was originally as a simple cashier, but I was usually treated as stand-in manager and had to oversee operations and manage customer service. Throughout these jobs, I learned to accept responsibility and quickly adapt to fit the roles I am given.
